Location: The Meadows
Materials: Saddle Trex Accent floor with wood railings painted to match house trim color as required by Meadows HOA.
Description: Design goal on this project was to create an custom outdoor living space while blending in with the homes current architecture. We did this by utilizing materials that matched everything that was currently on the house, A roof overhang on the existing house was removed so that the new roof cover would look like it was part of the original home construction.
